STARFLEET IC 2025 will be held in Houston, TX, on August 1 – 3, 2025, hosted by the USS Zavala in Region 3. (And no, that is not the same weekend as Trek Tour Las Vegas.)
Two major airports serve the Houston area: George Bush International Airport (north of town, 40 miles from the hotel), and Hobby International Airport (south, 13 miles from the hotel). Shuttle service is available from both airports but as you can see, Hobby is much closer and will be less expensive to purchase.
IC will be held at the Hilton Houston NASA Clear Lake, 3000 NASA Parkway, Houston, TX 77058. It overlooks Clear Lake and is next door to NASA/Johnson Space Center and Space Center Houston. A group tour of the space center is part of the schedule for the IC.
The hotel does not have a shuttle service. The Hilton has offered free parking to attendees (normally a $9 per day expense).
The Hilton Houston NASA Clear Lake has a guest room block set aside for us at $139.00 plus tax per night for single king or two queens. Handicap accessible rooms are limited so do not delay in reserving one if you need one.
The hotel is ready to take reservations and those must be completed by July 10 to get the special rate. The rate is good for Thursday, July 31, until Monday, August 4. An ECAB meeting will be held on Friday starting at 9:00am and those members will need to come in on Thursday July 31.
Reservations may be made by calling 1-800-HILTONS or 1-281-333-9300. The group block code to use when making reservations by phone is “STARFLEET International Conference,” or use the online link below.
